We are currently searching for a Front of House Supervisor.
FOH Supervisors are passionate about coordinating the team and ensuring everyone has the tools they need to make the shift a success.
Front-end management directs and oversees all dining room activities in accordance with our standardized policies in order to provide efficient, friendly service and flawless operations. Additionally, this role possesses an enhanced focus and dedication to the details of all FOH organization and service, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Essential duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Maintaining courteous disposition and a neat, clean and professional personal image.
Assisting the management team with active management of FOH staff (may include : scheduling, staff conflict, documentation, hiring, termination, etc.)
Responding to guest inquiries and providing assistance as needed to ensure a memorable experience and most importantly, can be relied upon to resolve complaints from guests during service in a polite, professional manner.
Working collaboratively with management to drive the success of the restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing efficiency and following policies for service on a daily basis Including :
