What You'll Do :

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, intuitive, and gracious service at every guest interaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to CUT's exacting fine dining standards.
• Build strong guest relationships through personalized service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Train, mentor, and develop FOH staff, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and a culture of excellence.
• Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and operational workflows to optimize service efficiency while meeting financial goals.
• Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive operational performance and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism across all FOH operations.
• Represent CUT's brand on the floor with confidence, warmth, and authority, ensuring every guest experience reflects our world-class standards.
