Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of software developers and oversee software project design, development, and implementation

Manage multiple software projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices through code reviews

Resolve technical issues as they arise during the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Master's or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's with 7 years of progressive experience

At least 3 years of experience in data storage, database management, user interfaces, data processing systems, or data security

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java, web services, databases, and microservices

At least 1 year of experience managing the software development lifecycle

Background check required, including education verification and prior employment history
