LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Auburn, New York, 13021!

About The Position

We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Practice Physician for a 1-year locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity starts on Jan 19, 2026, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, excluding federal holidays. This position is ideal for physicians with at least one year of experience who are interested in a structured locum assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients

Conduct patient examinations, assessments, and diagnoses

Develop and implement treatment plans

Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions

Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Adhere to clinical protocols and compliance standards

Additional Information

Must have an active New York medical license

Board eligible or board certified required

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
