About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond.
Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or coordinating with internal teams, your focus will be on making every interaction efficient, helpful, and friendly. What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care Help customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting Track and resolve issues quickly by collaborating with fulfillment, sales, and service teams Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM Proactively follow up on customer needs and ensure satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ForgeFit’s product lines and service policies What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Comfortable using CRM or support tools A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off 100% remote work with a collaborative and supportive team Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth The chance to support a brand that makes a real impact in the fitness world Ready to help gyms get stronger with ForgeFit?
