Job descriptionOur collaborative team is dedicated to serving children ages 0-18. We ensure lack of funding is not a barrier to services and have provided over $2 million in scholarship and pro bono services in the Colorado Springs area. We are seeking motivated professionals for the positions of BCBA to provide a variety of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with special needs, including individual therapy, group / social skills therapy, and educational placement. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION! $2500 signing bonus FREE SUPERVISION to qualified candidates seeking supervision FREE CEUs through Capella University Paid Ongoing training with opportunities to advance including leadership positions Flexible schedule - perfect those in school or with children ALL WORK HOURS PAID AT SAME HOURLY RATE (billable, non-billable, training, etc); Scholarships and Tuition Discounts at several Universities Culture of collaboration Recognition for your hard work through Agency-specific social media where employees earn points towards gift cards of your choosing Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 75% of medical premium PAID BY AGENCY Retirement - Agency contributes up to 3% of gross annual salary even without employee contribution Life Insurance - 100% of premium PAID BY AGENCY Paid Leave for all employees regardless of part-time or full-time Annual tenure bonus Pediatrics Adhere to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrates sound professional judgment at all times Collaborate with families, caregivers and all service providers as necessary to ensure continuity of care Perform direct and indirect assessments to identify the function of client’s behaviors Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies Attend all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP / ISP Work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary clinical team Attend any insurance authorization review calls for any individual on their caseload Provide supervision, training and support to clients, staff members and caregivers Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modify the plan as necessary Prepare and submit all required documentation on time Maintain scheduled meetings with BCaBAs to maintain supervision standards and exceptional service delivery Perform other duties as requested / assigned Board certification or enrolled in coursework toward certification Prefer 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism Prefer 1 year of experience overseeing / training staff
