Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) PDN Adult & Pediatric Patients

Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of health care providers and can uphold our standards and culture.

Qualifications :

• Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 1 year home health experience
• Provide Ventilator (vent) and Tracheostomy (trach) care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient's Plan of Care

$32.00-$44.00 per hour

Multiple Adult and Pediatric patients living in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Nassau Counties
