Maintenance Professional
Seeking a responsible maintenance professional with experience to provide technical support to restaurant locations.
At Bican Family Restaurants, the Maintenance person is a critical part of our team. They are required to maintain the cleanliness both inside and outside the restaurant, as well as to keep the equipment in good working order. Maintenance personnel must be at least 18 years of age and be able to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can stay focused on completing tasks without constant follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet customers with a smile
- Continually monitor restaurant cleanliness
- Ensure truck deliveries are put away promptly, products are properly rotated, and expired products are removed.
- Ensuring items are well-stocked
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Lead by example. Includes, but is not limited to, cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stockrooms, restrooms, dining room interiors, HVAC / exhaust units, and removing debris from the roof, taking out the trash, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, filtering oil in fryers daily, and maintaining outside grounds.
