Key Responsibilities
Set the vision and strategy for partnerships, aligning with enterprise growth objectives
Build and lead the partnerships team, managing the Director of Consulting Partners and hiring additional team members
Own the Technology Partner program, including recruiting partners and driving co-sell and co-marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, or business development in B2B SaaS
Proven experience in building and scaling partner programs across technology and consulting partners
Track record of generating partner-sourced revenue and driving measurable pipeline impact
Experience in people management and developing high-performing partnership teams
Familiarity with technology partnership mechanics and enterprise software go-to-market strategies
