Sales Enablement Manager
Reports To : CSO Location : Salt Lake City, UT Compensation : $65,000 to $90,000 / yr., with benefits
Summary : The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales team at Buckner. This role develops and executes strategies, tools, and processes that empower our sales professionals to win business, strengthen client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled in sales operations, training, and content management, with a focus on measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives in partnership with SR Sales Leaders.
- Analyze sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and client relationship management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales force is fully informed about new and existing offerings.
- Time to Productivity : Track how quickly new hires reach full performance levels with enablement support.
- Annual sales summit- event coordination and administrative assistance.
- Create, manage, and distribute sales enablement content, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, aligned with marketing, and actively used by the sales team.
- Partner with VP Ops to implement and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology to optimize the sales process.
- Train and support the sales team to maximize the adoption and impact of technology solutions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and strategy.
- Partner with Finance and CSO to track KPIs and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between sales and other internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to streamline processes and enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related rolepreferably within the insurance or financial services sector.Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, ideally in an insurance brokerage environment.
