Hematology / Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Saint Mary's of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Hematology / Oncology team at Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group . Position Details

• Full-time employment
• Specialty : Hematology / Oncology
• Outpatient-based care setting
• Provide direct patient care under physician supervision
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage hematology and oncology patients, monitor treatment response, and adjust therapy accordingly
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide side effect management
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate high-quality care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
• Located in the heart of Chicagos Ukrainian Village
