NPI Materials Program Manager 3

Job Responsibilities

Working closely with Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams, the role will be responsible for leading the supply chain product lifecycle activities. Concurrently, it will lead and participate in cross-functional strategic projects and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include :

• Supporting product lifecycle activities including Bill of Material (BOM) management, New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, material transitions, and End of Life (EOL) management.
• Managing through the pressure associated with mission critical programs; having detailed organization techniques to manage multiple, concurrent complex programs; and strong relationship building skills to enable effective influencing and results.
• Delivering succinct, impactful, and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
• Working collaboratively and building reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers.
• Enhancing Oracle's competitive advantage by anticipating customer needs and applying best practices and creative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities for new or improved products, processes, or systems.
• Inspiring others by leading by example and personally modeling positive values, inclusive behaviors, and work practices.
• Coping with complexity as shown by tactical decision making.
• Enabling execution as measured by the ability to know the business and understand metrics / key performance indicators required by self and / or team to deliver results.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
