Manager, Community Programs

HighLevel is an AI powered, all-in-one white-label sales & marketing platform that empowers agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. We are proud to support a global and growing community of over 2 million businesses, including agencies, consultants, and businesses of all sizes and industries. HighLevel empowers users with all the tools needed to capture, nurture, and close new leads into repeat customers. As of mid 2025, HighLevel processes over 4 billion API hits and handles more than 2.5 billion message events every day. Our platform manages over 470 terabytes of data distributed across five databases, operates with a network of over 250 microservices, and supports over 1 million hostnames. With over 1,500 team members across 15+ countries, we operate in a global, remote-first environment. We are building more than software; we are building a global community rooted in creativity, collaboration, and impact. We take pride in cultivating a culture where innovation thrives, ideas are celebrated, and people come first, no matter where they call home. As of mid 2025, our platform powers over 1.5 billion messages, helps generate over 200 million leads, and facilitates over 20 million conversations for the more than 2 million businesses we serve each month. Behind those numbers are real people growing their companies, connecting with customers, and making their mark - and we get to help make that happen.

We're launching HighLevel Local Chapters around the world a global network of in-person communities designed to make it easier than ever for our growing ecosystem to connect, learn, and grow together locally. Each local chapter will serve as a hub where HighLevel users, agency owners, and ecosystem partners come together once a month for networking, shared learning, and meaningful connection with like-minded entrepreneurs. We're looking for an experienced, people-first Community Manager for our local chapter to design, launch, and scale this global community program. You'll build the infrastructure, systems, and playbook that empower local leaders to host consistent, high-quality events that strengthen our global network, city by city. Starting with the Dallas pilot, you'll establish the blueprint for how local chapters operate : from regular meetups and leadership roles to community guidelines and event programming. You'll recruit, train, and support local chapter leads, and create a scalable model for national and international expansion. You'll also host HighLevel's annual Local Chapter Day a 12 day global gathering that brings chapter leaders together for connection, training, and alignment. This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role that blends event strategy, community building, and program management. You'll be the face of HighLevel's local community network comfortable on stage, passionate about people, and driven to inspire connection across the world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and Launch : Build the structure, systems, and operating model for HighLevel's Local Chapters program.
  • Manage and coach a team of community and event specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure excellence in execution and growth in capability.
  • Pilot and Scale : Launch the first chapter in Dallas, refine the model, and lead the national rollout.
  • Recruit and Develop Leaders : Define leadership requirements, recruit, screen, and train local chapter leads.
  • Manage Relationships : Visit chapters regularly to maintain engagement, ensure consistency, and support leadership success.
  • Lead Local Chapter Day : Plan and host the annual 12 day in-person event bringing chapter leads to HQ for training, inspiration, and community building.
  • Track Performance : Develop reporting systems for attendance, engagement, and growth metrics across all chapters.
  • Create programming : Develop scalable frameworks for chapter events, workshops, and meetups that align with HighLevel's brand and values.
  • Maintain consistency : Ensure each chapter delivers a consistent, engaging experience while allowing for local creativity and ownership.
  • Manage Budgets : Oversee budgets for travel, chapter events, and program growth.
  • Represent HighLevel : Be a visible and inspiring representative at local events, speaking to groups and fostering connection among members.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in community building, field marketing, or event management roles (ideally within SaaS, tech, or membership-based organizations).
  • 3+ Experience in managing teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance development.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale structured community programs or field initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills, comfortable engaging both small groups and large audiences.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills with a bias for action and follow-through. Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and optimizing program performance.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to visit chapters and attend key events.
  • Passion for connecting people and creating memorable, community-driven experiences.
  • A people-first mindset, you thrive on creating connections and helping others succeed.
  • Willingness to travel periodically (domestic and international).
  • Why You'll Love HighLevel

  • Dallas-based hybrid role, collaborate with the HQ team while enjoying flexible remote days.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Fast-growing SaaS company with a passionate, global user base.
  • High-autonomy, high-impact role shaping the future of the HighLevel community.
  • The opportunity to turn online connections into real-world relationships
