This position is ideal for a proven large-project leader looking to drive results on a technically complex, high-visibility builds.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the forefront of one of Houston’s most significant healthcare construction programs, a new 1.3 million sq. ft., 12–14 story hospital featuring 390 private rooms, 15 operating rooms, and advanced medical infrastructure. The electrical scope includes multi-phase delivery exceeding $170 million in electrical value.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full electrical scope across design, preconstruction, and field execution.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relations on a high-profile healthcare campus.
• Ensure excellence in safety, schedule, cost control, and quality on a multi-year project running through 2028.
• Serve as the key operational leader, representing the company in a visible, high-stakes build.
