Now Hiring : Registered Nurse (RN) – Vent / Trach ALS Client

Location : Graham, WA $46-$66 / Hour

Schedule : Pick two overnight shifts : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9p-5a (Part-Time)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated care for a client living with ALS who is ventilator and tracheostomy dependent.

About the Registered Nurse Role :

You will provide specialized nursing care in the client’s private residence, focusing on respiratory management, personal care, and maintaining clinical stability.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse :

Provide full nursing oversight for a ventilator / trach-dependent ALS client
Perform trach suctioning, vent checks, and airway management
Monitor respiratory and overall condition, promptly addressing any changes
Administer medications and tube feedings as ordered
Assist with transfers, positioning, and activities of daily living
Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with family and care team
Ensure a clean and safe home care environment

Required Qualifications of Registered Nurse :

Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington

Familiarity with trach and ventilator care

Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently

Ability to manage medical emergencies in a home setting

CPR certification (BLS or ACLS preferred)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Experience with ALS or neuromuscular disorders is a plus
