Now Hiring : Registered Nurse (RN) – Vent / Trach ALS Client

Location : Graham, WA $46-$66 / Hour

Schedule : Pick two overnight shifts : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9p-5a (Part-Time)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated care for a client living with ALS who is ventilator and tracheostomy dependent.

About the Registered Nurse Role :

You will provide specialized nursing care in the client’s private residence, focusing on respiratory management, personal care, and maintaining clinical stability.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse :

  • Provide full nursing oversight for a ventilator / trach-dependent ALS client
  • Perform trach suctioning, vent checks, and airway management
  • Monitor respiratory and overall condition, promptly addressing any changes
  • Administer medications and tube feedings as ordered
  • Assist with transfers, positioning, and activities of daily living
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with family and care team
  • Ensure a clean and safe home care environment

Required Qualifications of Registered Nurse :

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington
  • Familiarity with trach and ventilator care
  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently
  • Ability to manage medical emergencies in a home setting
  • CPR certification (BLS or ACLS preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Experience with ALS or neuromuscular disorders is a plus
