RN - PACE at Providence Health and Services summary :

The Community Care RN at Providence PACE delivers and supervises professional nursing care focused on elderly patients to promote health and independence through clinics and home visits. This role requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License and relevant certifications, with preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and home health experience. Description

The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

Required Qualifications :

• Coursework / Training - Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager upon hire.
