• This is a hybrid contract role requiring candidates to live within 50 miles of a Manheim auction for occasional onsite needs.
• The position involves high-volume phone outreach , consistent system updates, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure vehicles are cleared for transport.
• Strong logistics awareness , accuracy in data entry , and the ability to manage repetitive workflow tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working Monday–Friday with optional Saturday shifts based on business needs.
• Success in this role depends on meeting key performance metrics such as outbound call volume , quality of notes , and order conversion rates within the first 90 days.
