Job description
A company is looking for a Provider Operations Specialist to support the provider operations management team and enhance patient experience through effective provider partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation process for onboarding new providers to the platform for bundled services
Manage various aspects of provider operations, including knowledge management, finance support, and KPI tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ongoing operations and maintenance of provider accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Track record of success in educational and work environments
Demonstrated interest in healthcare and value-based care
High degree of organization and ability to meet deadlines
Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
