Real Estate Practice Attorney

Winston & Strawn's Chicago office is seeking to hire a Practice Attorney to join our Real Estate practice. Responsibilities include the following as needed for real estate and corporate transactions ; (a) reviewing title, survey, leases and other due diligence deliverables; (b) coordinating with title companies, surveyors and other transaction parties; and (c) drafting and reviewing closing documents. Experience in real estate purchases, sales, financing, and leasing is required. Experience in representing lenders, equity investors and developers is preferable. As a Practice Attorney in the real estate practice, you will be an integral member of the department, and will gain meaningful experience working with our attorneys and our fortune 500 clients. The position is not a partnership track position. At this time, we are not accepting search firm submissions for this position. Admittance in Illinois is preferred.
