Estate Planning Attorney

Job Summary :

Ekspert Counsel is seeking a motivated associate (1–4 years of experience) to join the Estate Planning Practice Group at an AmLaw 100 firm. This role will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management matters.

Responsibilities :

• Draft complex estate plans, trusts, and business succession documents.
• Advise clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning.
• Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
• Prepare and file Federal gift and estate tax returns.
• Support charitable and tax-exempt organization planning.
