Job Description

• Responsible forproper costing and postingof all vehicles sold calculating profits set up receivables / liabilities and calculatesales commissions.
• Record vehicle transactions to accounting.
• Prepares tax and title documents.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statement accounting schedulesand product aftermarket submissions.
• Record purchased vehicles to inventory.
• Prepare paperwork for lenders to obtain funding.
• Verify all funds due have been collected and documented.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the costingprocess.
• Prepare payoff checks for trade-ins and follow up on all trade titles.
• Process after sale warranties and related documents for month end
• Maintaining strict compliance with all Titling laws and filing requirements
• Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
