Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A growing mail-order pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Manager to oversee its Data Entry department. This direct hire role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong pharmacy data entry expertise and experience managing teams.

Schedule :

Monday Thursday : 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm

Friday : 7 : 00am 3 : 30pm

No weekends

What Youll Do :

Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians in the Data Entry department.

Oversee scheduling, attendance, and workflow.

Conduct performance reviews and enforce policies when needed.

Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

Communicate with clients to troubleshoot orders and maintain service standards.

What You Need :

Active Pharmacy Technician license (KY license required, but candidates in Cincinnati can easily obtain one).

PTCB certification .

At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory pharmacy technician role .

Strong background in pharmacy data entry and proven leadership ability.
