Knowledge Management Attorney

Global leading law firm is in search of a Knowledge Management Attorney to join its best in class Knowledge & Innovation Team. This role will partner with the M&A transactions and Private Funds partners and attorneys to develop and promote efficiencies facilitating knowledge sharing and technologically innovative solutions for best practices. In addition, the role will create and explore internal and external innovative solutions to increase attorney efficiency and provide additional client value.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney working on fund formation. Must have a comprehensive understanding of fund formation documents and regulations for private funds. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train and influence professionals.
