Position Summary
:
ReturnPro is looking for a team oriented, driven, and energetic RMA Associate. RMA Associate performs all tasks involved in the return of ReturnPro products. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure the process is as efficient and safe as possible. The RMA Associate ensures the return process is handled in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Check in returned product
Document all items that are received
Take pictures of items
Daily reports
Print, document, scan, rename pdf’s, make file folders
Pictures for all RMA’s and sort into proper folders
Follows standard work methods
Practices safe work habits to ensure process is as efficient and safe as possible
Help identify cost/time-saving measures to increase production
Perform all production operation according to Standard Operating Procedures
Follows standard operating procedures
Maintain equipment and clean work areas
Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
Evaluate the quality of end products
Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat
Keep a record of work orders
Ensure that health and safety laws are followed
Qualifications
A high school qualification or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
Knowledge of health and safety laws
Excellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Demonstrated initiative
Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to succeed in a team environment
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs.
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.
