As a Starbucks Barista, you'll bring your energetic attitude to life by taking orders and crafting drinks with a friendly smile and swift precision.

Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee City Center is Milwaukee's largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee offers 729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space. What you will be doing :

• Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers, preparing Starbucks beverages to standard.
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction; in the event of dissatisfaction, tactfully negotiate an accommodation.
• Comply with accounting guidelines regarding receipt of payments, cash drawer and house bank management.
• Balance house bank at the end of the shift.
• Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard outlet cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
