Senior Insurance Product Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage state-specific strategies for insurance products, including operational goals and performance metrics

Oversee P&L for new lines of business and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Conduct market research and data analysis to identify customer needs and improve product offerings

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of insurance experience

5+ years of experience in specific insurance product lines, preferably home and auto

Experience in underwriting and loss mitigation, particularly in areas prone to severe weather

In-depth knowledge of insurance products, pricing, and regulatory requirements

Proven managerial skills with experience in developing and overseeing state P&Ls
