Office Assistant III
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant III to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to provide administrative support for permits. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to support departmental activities.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and maintain documents and reports.
Handle order entry processes to ensure efficient and accurate tracking of requests.
Assist with inbound and outbound calls, delivering clear and attentive communication at all times.
Support call center operations by addressing customer needs and escalating issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative procedures and improve workflow.
Provide general office support, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.
Familiarity with order entry processes and administrative tasks.
