Presbyterian is seeking a Transfer Center Nurse Specialist

The Transfer Center Coordinator is responsible to coordinate / inpatient bed assignments for critical care patients at Presbyterian. The Transfer Center Coordinator coordinates, prioritizes, and optimizes patient flow activities throughout the hospital network, as well as coordinates and facilitates the patients entry into Presbyterian from other health care facilities
