Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Engineer - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-grade data platforms, services, and pipelines for clients

Lead and architect the migration of data environments, ensuring performance and reliability

Address technical inquiries and customize data products while assessing ETL jobs and workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a closely related discipline

5 years of experience in Data Engineering, including 2-4 years with MS SQL Server and SSIS

Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)

Proficiency in Python and experience with data pipeline management tools

Ability to obtain a position of public trust with the US government
