Lead with Impact : Manage the full project lifecycle according to Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices. Drive Strategy : Partner with Tech & Data VPs to manage the Tech and Data portfolio, facilitating budget reviews, and managing roadmaps and timelines. Ensure Success : Develop and actively manage all project artifacts and activities, including defining scope, obtaining approvals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Be a Trusted Advisor : Serve in a consultative role to help identify the appropriate people, processes, and tools, and coach team members to optimize efficiency. Facilitate Change : Work with key stakeholders and the project team to facilitate "people" change management, increasing employee adoption and usage of new technologies or processes. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience. Proven track record of successfully implementing projects. Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approaches is required , with PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification preferred. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to lead diverse teams toward common goals.
