Pharmacy Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies or care facilities

Coordinate the scheduling of patient medication delivery and process patient order requests

Prepare and file insurance claims while adhering to operational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Capability to lift up to 25 pounds

Flexibility to work in a team environment

Must be able to stand / sit for long periods of time within limited space
