Job descriptionDirect daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery Spot workflow gaps and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness Act as the primary point of contact for escalated tenant, vendor, and ownership issues Lead, coach, and hold a three-person team accountable to company standards and performance goals Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to create consistency across maintenance and property functions Track and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies to drive stronger outcomes Partner with other departments for reporting, coordination, and cross-functional projects Facilitate weekly team meetings to align priorities, maintain focus, and drive productivity Onboard and train new team members while fostering a positive, retention-focused culture 3+ years of experience in operations or management (property management background a strong plus!) Proven leadership and communication skills , with the ability to coach, inspire, and hold a team accountable Track record of resolving issues and handling escalations with professionalism and sound judgment Process-minded problem solver with a talent for improving systems, workflows, and team efficiency Comfortable with property management software ; experience with AppFolio is a bonus Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive , with a strong sense of initiative
