Allstar Management is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Manager to take charge of our maintenance operations, guide our dedicated team, and drive improvements across our property management portfolio.

What You’ll Get :

  • Competitive salary : $50,000 – $60,000

Compensation :

$50,000 – $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Direct daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery
  • Spot workflow gaps and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated tenant, vendor, and ownership issues
  • Lead, coach, and hold a three-person team accountable to company standards and performance goals
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to create consistency across maintenance and property functions
  • Track and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies to drive stronger outcomes
  • Partner with other departments for reporting, coordination, and cross-functional projects
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to align priorities, maintain focus, and drive productivity
  • Onboard and train new team members while fostering a positive, retention-focused culture
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or management (property management background a strong plus!)
  • Proven leadership and communication skills , with the ability to coach, inspire, and hold a team accountable
  • Track record of resolving issues and handling escalations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Process-minded problem solver with a talent for improving systems, workflows, and team efficiency
  • Comfortable with property management software ; experience with AppFolio is a bonus
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive , with a strong sense of initiative
