Key Responsibilities Communicate the status of new customer implementation projects to stakeholders and track project results Work with existing member contract connections and obtain necessary paperwork for agreements Collaborate with sales teams and support groups to ensure a smooth implementation process Required Qualifications 4 or more years of applicable work experience High School Diploma or GED is required Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams is preferred Ability to implement new business processes and modify existing ones Bachelor's degree is preferred
