Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess and identify the unique needs of each patient, creating individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Employ evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily living capabilities.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams : Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that addresses every aspect of a patient's needs.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance and training to patients and their caregivers on effective therapy techniques for continued progress at home.
• Evaluate and Document Progress : Keep meticulous records of patient outcomes, monitoring their development and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure sustained progress.
