Overview

CHI Health and Medical Group Enterprise is seeking a BE / BC Endocrinology Physician to join our multi-practice healthcare system. This opportunity is well suited for an endocrinologist that thrives in a fast paced environment with passion to deliver quality patient care to all ages.

• Primarily Outpatient Practice
• 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
• Outpatient Call Shared Equally Between Providers (Currently 1 : 5)
• EPIC EMR
• Join Established Team of 2 Physicians and 3 APP's
• Full Clinical Support Staff Including a Clinical Diabetic Educator (CDE) On-Site
• Well Respected Clinic in the Physician Community & High Patient Satisfaction
