Vice President of Platform & DevEx

A company is looking for a Vice President of Platform & DevEx.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategy for the internal developer platform and developer experience

Lead multiple platform and DevEx teams to deliver CI / CD, infrastructure as code, and observability solutions

Collaborate with engineering leaders to align platform design with modernization initiatives and system standards

Required Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience, with 8+ years in platform or developer productivity leadership

Strong background in cloud-native architecture and automation, including AWS or GCP

Experience designing CI / CD pipelines and observability systems

Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices and production reliability engineering

Experience managing platforms for multi-tenant SaaS applications
