Data Manager

A company is looking for a Data Manager to ensure accurate billing, service fulfillment, and standardized account auditing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform weekly audits of assigned accounts using the Standard Audit Process

Validate enrollment and package details across Salesforce and Property Accounting Software platforms

Support the business with ad-hoc data analysis requests and create reports to track KPIs

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data management, auditing, or operations support

Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel / Google Sheets functions

Experience handling large datasets with accuracy and consistency

Ability to follow structured SOPs while identifying areas for process improvement

Preferred : Experience with Property Accounting Systems and familiarity with data integration tools
