Ohio Licensed Case Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Community Based Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team of clinical and nonclinical staff to achieve quality service and production expectations

Facilitate problem identification and resolution to improve member experience while ensuring compliance with regulations

Manage team performance, including coaching, training, and mentoring new staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of five (5) years of managed healthcare experience

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience

Managed care experience is preferred

Active, unrestricted State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), Social Work license, or Counselor license is preferred
