We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Engineering to join our fast-paced environment in the Engineering industry. This is an opportunity to lead a team of engineers and play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative engineering solutions. The successful candidate will have a background in managing complex engineering projects and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our engineering operations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
• Oversee the commissioning of new projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the engineering department, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement robust process engineering strategies, ensuring they align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to develop engineering solutions that enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and strategically.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure the company's engineering operations are aligned with industry trends and expectations.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
