Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and manage a team of accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage client accounting relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP Oversee the execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their career development and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager 2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm Experience with complex revenue recognition and strong QuickBooks Online experience Proven ability to revamp accounting processes and technology
