Job Summary :

Guest Services Bell Attendants  are primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel and relieving guests of their luggage upon arrival at  The Betsy .  Bell Attendants  ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.

Responsibilities and Duties Include but Not Limited to the Following :

• Checks the daily arrival list for  Betsy  VIP's or guests with special needs.
• Is present at the Front Door of  The Betsy  or in the lobby area  ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful service.
• Ensures collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.

Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in a room assigned by the front desk staff.
