Fehr Warehouse Solutions Inc. is a producer of automated warehouse systems, serving industrial clients with complete solutions. To support our operations in Charlotte, we're hiring an Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations, project coordination, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate repair- and maintenance assignments and spare parts orders
- Handle quotations, invoicing, and procurement
- Support field technicians and manage service reports
- Maintain customer contracts and relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
- Track KPIs and support process improvements
Your Profile
Background in a technical or commercial training2+ years of experience in an industrial environmentStrong technical understanding and MS Office / ERP skillsTeam player with a proactive, service-oriented mindsetStrong English skills; German is a plusWilling to travel up to 10%Benefits
