Job descriptionA corporate desk job with occasional store visits A position where "good enough" meets our standards A role for managers who prefer maintaining status quo over driving growth 5+ years progressive retail / restaurant management experience 2+ years successfully managing multiple units (preferred) Proven ability to read P&Ls and translate numbers into action Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations (50% travel) Flexibility to work when the business needs you (yes, weekends and holidays) Starbucks or licensed store experience Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days) Track record of developing managers who get promoted You see problems as puzzles to solve, not obstacles to avoid Your teams follow you because they want to, not because they have to You believe "Guests First" is a mindset, not a slogan You understand that trust and clarity create speed in execution Company vehicle provided in addition to competitive salary and great work environment!

We're seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee two high-performing Starbucks licensed stores in the Nashville market.
This IS a role where you'll :
- Drive revenue across two locations
- Lead team members through your direct reports and store management teams
- Serve as both hands-on General Manager and strategic overseer of another location
- Transform operational data into actionable strategies that increase productivity, profitability, and performance
- Build bench strength by developing tomorrow's leaders today
