About the Role : The Project Accountant will be responsible for overseeing, managing and ensuring the accuracy of revenue actuals & forecasts within the sector. This role involves monitoring and updating cost tracking for projects, coordinating and processing invoices within Oracle, analyzing and overseeing Deferred Revenue accounts, and managing the uploading and updating of project budgets within PA module of Oracle. Additionally, this position involves providing support and coordinating activities with Order Management, Program Managers, the Financial Team, and the Operational Team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity and facilitating efficient project management within the region.

Responsibilities :

• Control, Follow Up and Update of Revenue Forecast and Actual of the region.
• Prepare Corporate Report of Revenue, Cost and Margin (Comparative Actual vs. Forecast) for NA
• MLA revenue forecast review working closely to PM and with the Business Process Modeling Sr Manager on a monthly basis.
• Update Cost Tracking Analysis and review it with the PMs on a monthly basis, with an additional purpose for Revenue recognition (cost based).
• Review and Track of Deferred Revenue account and balance.
• Review and analyze Corporate Actual Revenue Report providing comments on variation and follow-up to pending items to assure that monthly or quarterly actual revenue is in line with the forecast considered for that period.
• Control implemented and reported on monthly basis to inform the status on the unapplied cash and unbilled account including a forecast with a promise date of invoicing.
• Assurance and Follow Up to release the weekly billing of NA projects.
• Weekly meeting with OM team to track and follow-up of the Equipment and OEM orders for the product revenue forecast of the region.
• Monthly Meeting with Operational team to review and track the Field Services Revenue
• Monthly review of the Revenue reported by period.
• Monthly Review and Control of the Deferred Revenue Accounts (Unbilled & Unearned)
