The Construction Coordinator plans, directs, and coordinates activities ofdesignated construction projects to ensure site safety, project quality, andexpected profitability is achieved within the targeted time frame. This positionreports to the Region Installation Leader and District General Manager. Direct reports include Field Technicians and Laborers. Ensures all D&H'sstandards are adhered to and executed consistent with companydirection.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
1.Ability to work in a fast pacedenvironment.
2.Collaborates withinternal and external stakeholders of assigned projects.
3.Proficiency with office managementtools.
4.Follows allprocesses as outlined within company StandardOperating Procedures
5.Manage the full cycle of billing andcollection processes with various customers.
6.Assist with field payroll andcertified payroll.
7.Procurement of permits and licensingwithin given projects.
8.Partnerswith Construction Managers and Project Managers to discuss project's progress,issues, and action / recovery plans.
9.Ability to accurately progressproject revenue on a monthly basis.
10. Provide purchase order management throughoutthe project lifecycle.
11. Become proficient in ERP and be ableto use it as needed.
12. Completes miscellaneous projects and other related duties asassigned.
