What You'll Do : Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate response actions within the location. Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and procedures related to dispatch operations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information and instructions as needed. Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, calls, and incidents for the location. Communicate with security-related staff, emergency responders, and / or management to provide updates and coordinate responses. Support access control measures by monitoring entry points and assisting with visitor management as required. Assist with emergency response activities by notifying appropriate personnel and providing ongoing support throughout incidents. Minimum Requirements : A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
