Rate: Provider must submit a flat rate for 24-hour coverage (includes all gratis hours)
Shift: 24-hour call, 7a 7a (specific dates below)

Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Setting: Hospital-based, acute care
Responsibilities: 24-hour call coverage, thoracic surgery call support
Required Procedures:
Bronchoscopy, Robot-Assisted Thoracic Surgery, VATS, Navigational Bronchoscopy, EBUS, EUS, Tube Thoracostomy, Tracheostomy, Pericardial Window, Thoracic Aortic Aneurysms, Mediastinoscopy, Segmentectomy, Lobectomy, Bilobectomy, Pneumonectomy, Thoracotomy, Decortication
Additional Procedures (Required/Preferred):
Achalasia, Advanced Lung Disease (COPD/Pulmonary Fibrosis), Anti-Reflux Surgery, Barrett s Esophagitis, Chest Wall Tumors, Diaphragm Plication, Diaphragmatic Hernias, Dysphagia, Esophageal Cancer, Lung Cancer, Mediastinal Masses, Mesothelioma, Pleural Effusion, Pneumothorax, Rib Fractures, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Thymomas, Tracheal Stenosis
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: OR support, ICU support, Hospitalist
Days Per Month: Multiple dates (January & February 2026; more to follow)
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call; call schedule TBD
