SMART is seeking EM Locum Tenens Physician shift coverage in Arizona . This coverage is needed beginning June 1 and will be ongoing for until further notice.

Additional Details Include :

License Requirements : AZ state w / DEA

Brand new state-of-the art emergency department

75 ED Beds

85,000 annual volume, 83% adult, 17% Peds

10-12-Hour Shifts

Level 4 Trauma

EMS arrivals : average 35 a day

Advanced Practice Provider coverage

Scribe coverage

All specialties available except : Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS.

3rd Busiest ED in AZ

Candidates must be EM residency trained or ABEM / AOBEM certified / eligible
